Celebrate the Fungi Festival with us at Tortilla Flats, which features mouthwatering specials such as mushroom tacos, wild mushroom crepes, and so much more! 🍽️ Our mushrooms are locally sourced and incredibly fresh, delivering umami flavors and supporting local agriculture in every bite.

Wild Mushroom Crepes
Handmade Truffle Crepes with Portabello, Oyster and Shiitake mushrooms with a touch of cheese, topped with our Amarilla sauce.
Portobello Quesadilla
Two flour tortillas with Portobellos, olives, tomatoes onions and jalapeños topped with sour cream and guacamole.
Mushroom Tacos
A special blend of Locally Grown Mushrooms, Pan grilled with onions and Jalapeños served in corn tortillas

Two Tamales with Mushroom masa, stuffed with Huitlacoche Mushrooms covered with Poblano sauce.
