Get Ready to Party Like It's 1907!

Read all about the incomparable Frida Kahlo – artist, feminist, and Mexican cultural icon.

Frida’s life was anything but boring, overcoming polio as a child and suffering from a bus accident that left her with a broken spine and collarbone.

But Frida didn’t let these setbacks stop her from creating some of the most stunning and captivating artwork of the 20th century.

Frida’s style was unique, blending traditional Mexican symbols with surreal imagery and bold colors.

And let’s not forget about her iconic floral headpieces serving up a feast of flower-power!

Frida wasn’t just a fabulous artist – she was also a fierce feminist and advocate for Mexican culture. She was unapologetically herself, even in the face of physical pain and adversity.  Her tumultuous love affair with muralist Diego Rivera was the stuff of legend, further adding to the mystery and intrigue of her defiant personality.

Cheers to you, Frida!
